fans have been bracing for a major new announcement from CD Projekt Red regarding a brand-new official DLC in 2026. Reportedly, this new project is supposed to bridge the gap narratively speaking between The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and The Witcher 4, which is slated for a possible release next year.

While there's been no official word on the development of this untitled DLC to date, fans have been speculating as to what the story could possibly entail, particularly how it would set up Ciri of Cintra. CD Projekt Red has managed to add fuel to the rumor mill fire by not categorically denying that a DLC is in the works, while various insiders suggest the DLC could be in development by Fool's Theory, a studio comprised of former Witcher 3 devs that's also working on a Witcher 1 remake with CDPR.

With these rumors circulating like wildfire in recent weeks, fans are keeping their fingers crossed for a major new announcement in the coming weeks ahead. And while they wait, fans will want to keep an eye on The Witcher 3: Ciri of Cintra, a newly revealed release expected to drop in spring 2026 from .

It's a stunning new collectible that is only getting a limited-edition run of just 500 total units, and features Ciri with actual hand-sewn leather clothing, glass eyes, lifelike silicon skin, metal weapons and accents, and individually punched synthetic hair.

The Ciri of Cintra statue is available for purchase now with an expected ship date this spring, and is listed at a bank-breaking $2,999.00 USD, making this a high-end piece of merch that only the most hardcore Witcher fans will want to claim. The statue stands at 44 inches tall (roughly 111cm), and is crafted from polyresin, silicone, leather, metal and additional textiles to give it an authentic and realistic appearance. You can take a look at the intricately detailed Ciri of Cintra statue below.

While the Ciri of Cintra statue may be a bit out of reach for many collectors at such a high price tag, Pure Arts does offer payment plan options for all their products, and there are several other officially licensed Witcher 3 statues available on their website as well, including a 1/6 scale Ciri statue in a different pose, a Geralt of Rivia statue of him facing off against Eredin in the final encounter, and more.
