If you are brand new to Ghosts, the series follows a young couple named Sam and Jay who inherit a haunted mansion and try to turn it into a bed and breakfast despite a house full of invisible guests. Similar to The Office, Ghosts is based on a successful British sitcom of the same name. For something lighthearted and casual with a nostalgic feel, you can't go wrong with Ghosts on Paramount+.

Marshals

Marshals is the newest Taylor Sheridan neo-Western series that has taken over Paramount+'s worldwide streaming charts as its #1 most-watched show in the world. A direct sequel series to Yellowstone, , played by Luke Grimes, an ex-Navy SEAL who leaves the Yellowstone Ranch to work with a top-level team of U.S. Marshals. In the same vein as Lawmen: Bass Reeves, Kayce is tasked with hunting down wanted criminals and bringing them to justice.

Despite its overwhelming popularity, Marshals has somewhat shockingly been one of the most criticized new series of 2026 thus far, receiving a critic score of just 42% and an even lower audience score of 27%. The series is in an irreducibly unique position, dominating Paramount+'s viewership charts for the last two months and already receiving a green light on season 2 even though its reception would indicate a one-and-done run after one season. Still, the streaming numbers indicate that people all around the world are tuning in to Marshals.

Survivor

The best new show to watch on Paramount+ right now has to be Survivor, which is currently in the thick of its historic 50th season. With only three episodes left until its finale on May 20, there's no better time to binge-watch the entire 50th season of Survivor than this weekend. Still hosted by TV icon Jeff Probst, Survivor has maintained its popularity for the past 26 years since season 1 premiered back in the year 2000, and the series has shown no signs of slowing down, with two more seasons already confirmed.
